Emmanuel Episcopal Church in San Angelo is accepting applications for an Interim Student and Family Minister for the 2026–27 school year. This role is a wonderful opportunity to help children, youth, and families grow in Christ as they share in the life of our parish.

Key Responsibilities

• Christian Formation: Guide groups for children, youth, young adults, and families.
• Worship & Inclusion: Incorporate younger members into our regular liturgy and plan special worship occasions.
• Recreation & Outreach: Organize social activities and community service projects to model a spirit of servanthood.
• Nursery Care: Supervise the church nursery staff.

Qualifications

• Active Christian faith with local church involvement.
• Degree in Youth Ministry, Theology, Education, or related field.
• Energetic self-starter with child development knowledge and ability to integrate music.

Terms

• Hours: 20–25 hours per week (includes weekends and evenings).
• Term: 2026–27 school year (potential to expand to full-time status).
