Lay leadership at emmanuel-sa drives parish administration, property management, and community outreach. Key roles and committees include:

Vestry and Officers

• Senior Warden: Don Dunbar, who also oversees the Outreach Commission and coordinates the flood relief grant from Episcopal Relief and Development.
• Junior Warden: Josh Moore, who leads the Property Committee in handling major maintenance requests.
• Treasurer: Dr. Karl Wehner recently stepped down after years of faithful service.
• ESoFA Liaison: Lynn Sonnenberg acts as the Vestry liaison to the Emmanuel School of Fine Arts.

Administration & Staff

• Parish Administrator: Andrew Gutierrez manages the initial workflow for church maintenance requests, routing them to the Sextons or the Junior Warden as needed.
