Emmanuel Episcopal Church is seeking a Mother's Day Out Director to lead our Christ-centered, safe, and enriching Tuesday/Thursday program serving families in San Angelo and the Concho Valley.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, enjoyable Christian environment for children.
• Communicate with participant families and publicize the program.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff.
• Maintain pupil, family, and staff records; plan daily and special activities.

Qualifications

• Required: 5+ years experience in early childhood care/education, clean background check, valid driver's license, First Aid/CPR training, and child protection training (provided by the church).
• Preferred: Higher education in early childhood development; active Christian faith.

Hours & Schedule

• Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM (plus administrative hours).
• Typical expectation: 16 hours per week.
