Emmanuel Episcopal Church is seeking a part-time Nursery Attendant to provide a safe, clean, and loving environment for children (Newborn to age 5) during Sunday morning worship and occasional special events.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care (feeding, diapering, and play)
• Follow age-appropriate lesson plans and maintain nursery cleanliness
• Notify the Nursery Director of supply replenishment needs
• Contact parents or guardians immediately in case of emergency

Schedule & Details

• Hours: Sunday mornings, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (aligned with our Sunday services)
• Classification: Part-time, non-exempt

Qualifications

• Experience with childcare; patience, compassion, and clear communication
• Ability to lift and carry small children
• Must pass a background check and complete Safe Church training
• An active Christian commitment to love God and neighbor
